A Happy Birthday!
Our first and definitely not our last experience renting from The Rental Guys! Our original plan was to rent a John Deere Gator for our sons 5th birthday party but we received not only that but so much more! On top of the amazing and communicative custom service everyone from the person on the phone to the person dropping off was so professional and kind. They not only provided us with our requested Gator but brought a John Deere front loader for the kids to play on! Purely out of the kindness of their heart and to make a little boys birthday party just that much more memorable! 5 stars simply isn’t enough!

I could honestly use it for an entire week, but I had to give it back. It was easy to get. I walked in and told them what I needed. Their answer: No problem! Forget about renting from the hardware store where they might have what you need and know nothing about it or the equipment is in questionable condition. The Rental Guys have it, know everything about it, at competitive prices, and make it easy to get it to where you need it. I highly recommend using them over the corporate places where quantity is more important than quality. Support a small, local business!
I contacted the qc rental guys asking about a side by side. I’m on the fire department in grand mound and was looking at getting one for the 4th of July fireworks in town. We use them to get people out of crowds if need be or hard to access areas where it is hard to get an ambulance. They were more than willing to help us out with our needs. The unit that was provided was in great shape and all around nice. It was a very good experience and more then willing of a 5 star
Today me and my husband were needing a sod cutter. When going to another location the customer service was awful and we were given a faulty piece of equipment to rent. When we reached out to the rental guys we had excellent customer service with better quality equipment for 1/2 the price. We will return to the rental guys for any future needs.
What can I say about the Rental Guys? Very professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I bought a 48” Ariens zero turn mower. No hassles and easy to deal with. Nice to know that when you buy a mower from them, they deliver it for free. And they service what they sell, something you don’t get from big box stores. I would definitely buy or rent from them again.
I have been renting through the rental guys for the past few years and every rental has been exactly what I needed at an excellent price. Andy and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any problems they will get you back up and running!I highly recommend using The Rental Guys!

You should expect to receive equipment that is safe and in good operational condition. Your equipment should be full of fuel when you receive it. It should be clean and free from leaks.
You – as the operator of the equipment are ultimately responsible for the safe operation of the equipment. If you are unsure of how to operate the equipment, you should refer to the operator’s manual on the machine. If you are unable to locate the manual or are still unsure after reading the manual, you should immediately call The Rental Guys at 309-517-6458 for assistance. We are always happy to help you and ensure you have a successful and productive experience with your equipment.
